Bill O'Banion and Dana Arnold made the buying experience fun and easy. After driving the same type of car for the last 20 years, I wanted to look around to see what I liked. After looking at 15+ dealerships for a SUV with third row seating, Billy O at Frankfort Toyota was by far the most knowledgeable sales person we dealt with. He was honest to deal with and was well informed seating, Billy O at Frankfort Toyota was by far the most knowledgeable sales person we dealt with. He was honest to deal with and was well informed about the vehicles. We told him in February 2023 we had narrowed down what we wanted to the Grand Highlander or Palisade. He stayed in touch with us (even while in the hospital) and showed us any information he had about this new vehicle. Even though we ended up buying a Palisade in November because there were so few Grand Highlanders available, he was still my favorite of all of the sales people we encountered. More
