His confidence in Volvo and his friendly demeanor really make the experience exceptional. I never feel pressured or like I'm "being sold". Mr. John Korallus in the service department has been keeping our Volvos riding smoothly for years. He knows each of us by name, and always has a smile on his face. His hard work shows in the longevity of our Volvos. My family are all riding around happily in Volvos that Lolita and Bob took the time to test with us, and John takes care of, and we'll continue coming back for their impeccable customer service for years to come. We were disappointed that the vehicle we drove Saturday afternoon was gone on Monday, forcing us to buy one with higher mileage. However, there was a price reducedtion.
