On 12/27, I financed a certified 2021 Kia Sorento with the assistance of Donovan and Branden (Finance). Being my first time purchasing a vehicle outside of my city, I was worried that I would not get the the assistance of Donovan and Branden (Finance). Being my first time purchasing a vehicle outside of my city, I was worried that I would not get the best deal, be hassled and potentially regret my purchase. Yet Donovan did the total opposite. He was fully transparent regarding the vehicles I took on a test drive, walked me through each step of the process and told me things can be changed at any time, and handled my trade with ease. I truly appreciate everything he did for my family and put us in a reliable, comfortable, and stylish certified Kia Sorento. Branden was very knowledgeable about the financial market and how to help my credit in the best way. The issue that I has was with Evan Payne slipping in the gold plan. shame shame. when i total him I did not want it. His response to me when I requested the service warranty to be cancelled, this may take o gold plan. shame shame. when i total him I did not want it. His response to me when I requested the service warranty to be cancelled, this may take one or two payment periods before it removed from my loan , "so don't freak out." that ended my trust in him. I had to go back the dealer and request a new financial person to actual have this cancellation removed immediately. within 24 hrs later it was done. Why I ask that this had to take place. So sad. More
