I have a 2024 100,000 truck with 17 miles and a faulty break sensors and the from breaks had to be replaced and they cut into the rooters when the car told me I had 70% break life on front and back and ha More

I spoke with Scott (who was very good) and Ali who did apply a small discount and that was it. I reached out to Brandon Maynard who called me back and said they are working on something with GM and he would get back with me. I am hopeful this gets addressed. Thank you for following up.

I have reached out to you >directly< MULTIPLE times and brought the truck in MULTIPLE times, Only for you to tell me you can not hear the noise.. after I tell you you have to drive it for 20 or so min for it to warm up and then the noise always starts, but yet you tell me you can not hear the noise so I pick the truck up and THEN on my way home 20 min after driving it the noise starts like I said it would. So the last time we brought it in we warmed the truck up so it was making the noise, had a representative from your location get in the truck with me and went for a drive, and guess what, you all acknowledged the noise and after a few days of you having it, came back with- yes we hear it but don’t know what’s wrong so keep driving it until it gets worse then come back. what?! I bought the truck from you guys with a warranty thinking I would be covered, but what a joke the service department is. YOU should reach out to me directly to resolve this! I reached out to you directly already by bringing the truck to you Multiple times ! Sad thing is, this is my fifth Chevy I have bought from your location and your sister location over the years. But now, xxxx the next one will be a doge or ford from a dealership that will take the time to drive the vehicle and figure out what the problem is! Not just “yeah we know there is a problem but can’t figure it out just wait for it to get worse then come back!” What! It’s like I bought this truck from a buy here pay here dealership! But by all means, YOU reach out to ME directly to figure this out, I have already done too much on my end.
