Excellent Service as always! As Ferrari owners most all of us expect excellent service from the Ferrari Dealers, but when taking my car to Boardwalk, I KNOW that my experience wil As Ferrari owners most all of us expect excellent service from the Ferrari Dealers, but when taking my car to Boardwalk, I KNOW that my experience will be excellent. This past visit was no exception with Paul and the Technician completing all that I asked for and some other items I had not noticed. It is that attention to detail that Steve Fordham inspires in the Service Managers, Technicians, and others who support the Service Dept. (e.g., Parts Department) And it is service that always brings me back to any auto dealership. More

"It takes what it takes" There is a process to be able to order the new Ferrari you think you want. It took time but I appreciate Sam (Elam) for being a man of his word and do There is a process to be able to order the new Ferrari you think you want. It took time but I appreciate Sam (Elam) for being a man of his word and doing our transaction with a handshake. He outlined the process and followed-up as agreed. Boardwalk Ferrari Dallas representatives were very helpful even if Sam was not there, to tend to my needs. Could not recommend the dealership more. rnc More

I cannot compliment Lindsay Redfern enough on how she handled my transaction! Hopefully, the first of many. I live in Fort Worth. I have never previously purchased cars from Boardwalk due to the many handled my transaction! Hopefully, the first of many. I live in Fort Worth. I have never previously purchased cars from Boardwalk due to the many perceived challenges of buying and servicing an exotic car all the way in North Dallas/Plano. All of the perceived challenges to Ferrari ownership such as distance to Plano for service, reliability of the current cars, and dealer 'snootiness’ are just NOT true! I can now attest to that. Lindsay Redfern, Mindy, Cors, Brian, Enver and the team have been amazing to work with. During the sales process we encountered some transactional challenges with trade-in values, timing, inventory, distance to the dealership, and other details. She logically and professionally helped overcome any conceivable issues. I have recommended Lindsay and Boardwalk to several friends who have all had great experiences. They have proven to be 'Best in Class'. Keep up the great work! More

My Ferrari’s all from Lindsey I did not know what a “Pista” Ferrari was....Lindsey invited me to the dealership to catch up after her return to work there...couple weeks later I’m I did not know what a “Pista” Ferrari was....Lindsey invited me to the dealership to catch up after her return to work there...couple weeks later I’m driving a Pista home. I told her she should be awarded Ferrari Best Sales of 2019. Always putting customer first ...she is the Best!!! More

Lindsey was awesome to work with through then entire process. She helped with assessment of our trade in and in explaining all the differences between our old California and our 488 Spyder purchase.
