I have been a VW customer since 2006. Jack was attentive, professional and displayed great care and attention to detail. He kept me up to date everyday. Heather is great! !! Mechanics are great. But there is an enormous wait time to have the car washed. 1-1.5 hours. I have had this issue each time I brought in the car. !! Mechanics are great. But there is an enormous wait time to have the car washed. 1-1.5 hours. I have had this issue each time I brought in the car. Three hour wait for routine maintenance then an extra 1.5 hours. Seems unreasonable. I no longer have the car washed since I do not live local and I don’t have time to waste. It would be a nice service if it was functional. More
