No respect We were first time car buyers. We are pretty young but we were responsible and saved up for a large down payment, did our research on cars, and worked We were first time car buyers. From the moment we walked in the dealership, our sales rep was very condescending to us. Comments were made about how at our age we probably wouldn't qualify for much and we got the general sense that they thought we were wasting their time. After a test drive, we started trying to negotiate. Their guaranteed price match is a lie. We had quotes from 3 dealerships with about 2000-3000 off what Hughes was offering us. We showed them and they said that because they didn't currently have the car we wanted on the lot that they couldn't price match anything. The car they found had a ton of extra accessories on it that we had asked not to have because we didn't want to buy them. They tried to charge us for them and when we said we wanted to walk away they changed their minds. We were pressured into putting down a finders deposit so that they could locate the car of our choice. They did locate one and quickly. But they neglected to do a full inspection when they received the car before they gave it to us. After 3 hours of talking and paperwork they finally let us see the vehicle we had signed for. Within 5 minutes we noticed the moon roof was broken. We were pretty upset because now they had our deposit and we had no car. The next few days were awful customer service wise. They did what was expected by giving us a car to drive in the meantime and locating another vehicle when they realized that they couldn't fix this one. But the way we were dealt with was as if we were a burden on them. We gave them business but we were treated like little kids that they had to please by giving us toys to keep quiet. There was no sense of respect at this place. I am sad that we ended up completing the purchase with them rather than trying to walk away. But after the lack of respect, the constant paperwork "mistakes" that kept trying to charge us more money, and the days of having negative dealings with them we just wanted the car that we had been so prepared for and so excited about it's purchase. Though we have a "Lifetime warranty" with them, we will never return to this dealership for a vehicle purchase ever again. More

Super service always I have been using Hughes since 1989 and I have always found their service "top-notch." In particular, Stan is my "go-to" service person whenever I hav I have been using Hughes since 1989 and I have always found their service "top-notch." In particular, Stan is my "go-to" service person whenever I have a routine service or a problem. He is my expert on the S2000 I own. Let us also not forget the mechanics who work in the shop. They are hardworking, experienced and well trained. Whatever, the problem, they always solve it. More

Overall, outstanding Service Dept experience at Hughes Honda I took my 2006 Odyssey EX-L for the Hughes Honda Minor Service Special ($59.95). This included a Oil Change, Tires Rotated, Check of all Fluid Levels I took my 2006 Odyssey EX-L for the Hughes Honda Minor Service Special ($59.95). This included a Oil Change, Tires Rotated, Check of all Fluid Levels, Inspection of: all lights, HVAC, Battery, and brakes. They adjusted the front and rear brakes, lubricated all doors and hinges, and conducted a Multi-point Vehicle Inspection. They did identify some follow on maintenance items (i.e. Drive Shaft CV Boots needs replacing - no surprise since i have over 140k mles). This all took about 1.5 hours (as estimated). Overall, I received great support from the following Service Dept Reps: -Stan Tydings (check-in); -Brittni Staples (check-out) I would definitely recommend Hughes Honda if you want dealership service. More

He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Mike is a pleasure to deal with from trading my car to buying my new car. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He remembered me from 3 years ago and helped me purchase that car as well. Eddie is a great finance manager. He advised me on different options and made the contract process easy as pie. I recommend these guys, Hughes Honda and the rest of their staff. Oh yes, Chuck Tyler is awesome. More

At 3:30 pm on December 16th, 2013, our 2006 Honda CR-V broke down on south I-75 near Warner Robins, GA on our way from Indianapolis, IN to Lake Placid FL for our vacation, leaving us stranded. I located t broke down on south I-75 near Warner Robins, GA on our way from Indianapolis, IN to Lake Placid FL for our vacation, leaving us stranded. I located the nearest Honda Dealership on my cell phone (Hughes Honda). Within a half hour, they had a tow truck and their hospitality van there to help us. The service department confirmed that the timing chain broke and destroyed the engine. (a non maintenance part). We worked with Todd Keene, Senior Sales Rep and many others at Hughes Honda and decided that our best alternative was to purchase a new 2014 Honda CR-V. We were so pleased with the friendly service and hospitality and would highly recommend them to our friends and others who read this review. More
