Byron thoroughly enjoys his role leading the BMW dealership in Flemington. A veteran of the automotive business since age 16, he started in the prep department before moving through sales and management. “BMW has become my life,” says the Hunterdon County native. "While the BMW X7 is the ideal family mover, I'm excited for the release of the new EV's, the iX and i4 and to move into that segment of the market." Byron enjoys skiing and traveling, especially locally. He likes to discover new restaurants after leisurely motoring around the countryside. He is part of many non-profit boards.

I have been a BMW customer at this dealership for approximately 8 years, and have purchased 4 vehicles there. I had an issue with my service contract. I had brought my car in for a brake job, and was surprised to learn my service contract had expired a few months ago. I was upset, because I wasn’t clear about the language in the contract. I was contacted by the finance manager Noha, who worked out an agreeable solution , and also extended my service plan at a fair price. I appreciate her taking the initiative and contacting me to help resolve my issue. More

The folks at Flemington BMW truly care about their customers. We recently purchased a 2021 BMW M550i and the experience was simply pleasurable. We purchased this vehicle from out of state (our first customers. We recently purchased a 2021 BMW M550i and the experience was simply pleasurable. We purchased this vehicle from out of state (our first out of state auto purchase). Obviously, not having the ability to actually view in person and drive the car prior to purchase left us feeling vulnerable. However, in a matter of a few phone calls, those concerns were transformed into confidence. I could immediately tell that customer relations, trust and communication are cornerstones of their core values. I would like to specifically recognize a few individuals for their outstanding service. Catherine Ferry, Business Manager, was absolutely amazing! I cannot think of an auto buying experience that was better than this one (and I have bought a lot of vehicles). She simply made us feel like we were her only customer. At every junction, she was there to lead us through the process and make sure we had a solid understanding of all associated details. With respect to communications, immediate responses were provided throughout the process. We utilized text, phone and FaceTime as a means to close the distance gap between our respective locations. We are truly grateful for her level of service, and would absolutely request her in the future for our auto buying needs. Michael Franks, Sales, was extremely friendly and handled several questions about the car in a timely manner. Additionally, he put us in touch with a very solid shipping company to accommodate the delivery of our vehicle (which was delivered on time and in great condition). It was immediately apparent that teamwork and a customer focused approach philosophy are core business at Flemington BMW. I want to congratulate Byron Brisby Jr, Owner, for creating an environment that affords his teammates to shine. The entire experience was absolutely seamless and we felt valued throughout the process. In the end, that’s what it’s all about. In closing, I would offer that if you are on the fence about purchasing a Flemington BMW vehicle from out of state, do not hesitate. It was completely apparent that they have a lot of experience with out of state buyers. So much so, we felt like we were there. We are grateful for the experience and truly appreciate the service. And the car…well it is an absolutely beautiful machine and we love it! More

My family has been customers of Flemington Car and Truck Country for 25 years and specifically the BMW dealership. Times have change but the Brisby family has endured. If you want to purchase a high end automobile, with no xx, no false promises, no bate and switch but just pay a reasonable amount with the best customer service in the tri state area, you have to at least go to Flemington BMW and see Gregg. I have previously written about the exceptional treatment I received when visiting the dealership. Wasn’t sure if I was ready to trade in my seven month old X7 , an incredible vehicle… but I wanted more of a I received when visiting the dealership. Wasn’t sure if I was ready to trade in my seven month old X7 , an incredible vehicle… but I wanted more of a performance oriented vehicle. As I have said previously , the team was great and in less than an hour I made the decision to swap the X7 for a X5 M60. . Wow , what a vehicle ! The message I want to convey now is the terrific follow up after I took the X5 home. Byron Brisby , the president of BMW Flemington texted me to see if I had any questions and to thank me for my business. Kursad reached out to make sure all was good. Don’t know how many times but Cindy Amin made sure that I was happy and enjoying the X5. This is my fifth BMW…this was the best experience without question.
