After having my 2020 Transit Connect worked on at a local shop in Surf City they said they couldn’t finish they job. They then sent it to this dealership to finish the job. After almost a month they finished shop in Surf City they said they couldn’t finish they job. They then sent it to this dealership to finish the job. After almost a month they finished and gave me my vehicle. However the check engine light was still on. They reset it and said if it comes back on please call us. The very next day the check engine light came on so I brought it in. They said it was still the same issue but they will not be able to take the vehicle back in for 2 weeks. So after 2 months and around $2,000 I still have the same issue. The tags are now expired and I cannot get it inspected until this issue is fixed. I love Ford’s and have 6 different Mavericks and Transits to fuel my pool service business. Especially now I am turning down business because I do not have a vehicle ready. Yesterday I ended up buying my first Toyota Tacoma since their dealership in Wilmington has the team I need. Ford of Wilmington cannot be relied on by anyone who needs vehicles. More

I appreciate that finally, after nine months of waiting for a part, my seatbelt issue was fixed. It would have been better if the technicians had tested the operation so that I could have driven off when I for a part, my seatbelt issue was fixed. I must commend Caleb however, who continued to dialogue with me about the availability of the part, saw to the correct completion of the project and had the car delivered when it was finally complete.
