I purchased a pre owned certified Jeep Grand Cherokee. Since owning it for a month, it’s been back to your service department 2 times for a total of 2 weeks. The 125 point inspection was not done. When I got it back from service the last time, I didn’t get even received any paperwork showing what had been done. A week later it’s low again on coolant, which is one of the issues pointed out when I brought it back twice. This has been the worse car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
