Great place to buy a car Found a fairly rare AMG on eBay, a few emails with Cheryl and Dan, they provided all information needed without hesitation. Everything checked; mileage, vehicle history, record, reports, previous owner, documentation, ... etc. it was almost too good to be true. Right after booking a flight from Boston to Houston to go inspect the car in person, I came across some terrible reviews online, and started second doubting myself, however, the car was rare enough that I took a leap of faith, and went with travel plans. Sure enough, upon arrival, the car was even cleaner than advertised by email and phone, once I had the chance to go through the car inside and out, the deal was closed on the spot, it was no brainier to me, particularly the price was right for options, and mileage, and most importantly rarity,,,. Moral of the story, online reviews are useful and good resource, but keep in mind that they are biased, as often driven by unreasonable expectations, take them with a grain of salt, and talk to the people directly, and evaluate them for yourself... nothing like a good old business dealing and a handshake. Have mere reasonable expectations, and you wont be disappointed there... More

My experience was excellent! I purchased the car without looking at it personally as I am in Odessa Texas. Before I purchase the car they realized it had a crack in the windshie I purchased the car without looking at it personally as I am in Odessa Texas. Before I purchase the car they realized it had a crack in the windshield and they replaced the windshield. When I got the vehicle delivered to me in Odessa I noticed the third brake lamp did not work. On a Cadillac DTS during a repai I purchased the car without looking at it personally as I am in Odessa Texas. Before I purchase the car they realized it had a crack in the windshield and they replaced the windshield. When I got the vehicle delivered to me in Odessa I noticed the third brake lamp did not work. On a Cadillac DTS There is no repair possible. The lamp itself must be replaced as it is it it is LED. I called them up and without hesitation there to care of me and reimbursed me for the price of the lamp. Everything on the car was as described and it’s running it looks grea I called them up and without hesitation look to care of me and reimbursed me for the price of the lamp. Everything on the car was as described in it’s running great and looks good too. Highly recommended!!!!! More

Awesome experience. I saw a car posted by Ultimate Motorsport on eBay. I called and spoke to Cheryl and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions and was very str I saw a car posted by Ultimate Motorsport on eBay. I called and spoke to Cheryl and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions and was very straightforward about everything. I actually live in Arizona, so I made a deposit in advance to reserve the car. I coordinated my flight with Cheryl and she had an Uber ready to pick me up. Paperwork was ready for me when I got there and I was quickly on my way to make my drive back to Arizona. Great experience. More

Also I talked with Cheryl and Richard also they helped clear up any questions I had of financing and pricing of the vehicle. Warning! WARNING!!! Do NOT visit UltimateMotorsports Dealership at all!!! This is a very dishonest dealership! They cheated me! You will totally lose your mo WARNING!!! Do NOT visit UltimateMotorsports Dealership at all!!! This is a very dishonest dealership! They cheated me! You will totally lose your money if you buy from this dealership because they will sell you cars with big problems such as accidental/damaged cars, or it comes with big problems such as engine light or transmission light being on, or hurricane damaged cars!! I bought a Jaguar Ftype from this dealership 5 days ago and I totally lost my money, I am very upset because salesman Quinton Kirk and owner of this dealership tricked me! They lied to me, they told me the car has not get involved in any accident and does not have damage but I just found that this car has had accident and they did not report it to Carfax. I paid $52,000 for Jaguar Ftype. I trust them and bought it and then I took to Jaguar Dealership but Jaguar Dealership told me “if you can return, do not wait because this car had accident and also the underneath of the car is damaged from the hurricane in Houston”. Body of car had a little damage and Quinton Kirk told me they are going to have it fixed but after I paid money they do not even answer my calls now! I called more than 50 times, neither owner nor Quinton is answering the phone, but before Quinton was calling me 3 times a day. They were supposed to deliver the car to me for free but the delivery guy charged me $200 upon delivery! I told the owner that I am not gonna pay anything for delivery since we agreed the delivery is free, she told me “this is your problem I don't care” and hang up the phone! They also have not changed the oil of the car for a very long time. Jaguar Dealership told me the oil is expired. The oil was black color. I have my paperwork from Jaguar dealership and I had to pay $320 to dealership to replace oil. Also Quinton was supposed to send me my second remote control but now he does not answer the phones! PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! WHEN YOU LOOK AT THEIR CARS THEY LOOK FINE BUT WHEN YOU TAKE TO THE MECHANIC OR BODYSHOP, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE! IT TURNS OUT TO BE A TRASH! NOT A CAR! Then, I sent them an e-mail that I am going to write feedback after that they told me “ok just don't put any feedback we are going to refund your 200$ money back” but instead of refunding my delivery fee they sent me some paperwork. They said they will refund my delivery fee if I sign those papers. If I signed those papers, then I would not be able to give any feedback or go to court to complain. Of course, I did not sign! This is ridiculous! They want me to sign paper works that would result in me losing my right to go to court or write review!! Also they do not have BBB certificate anymore! (They used to have but apparently it is taken from them due to complains). If you want to buy a car with peace of mind, go buy from Vroom or Texasdirectauto. More

The entire time I was there everyone was smiling; the clientele, sales persons, technicians, office staff...everyone! If you know anything about business, you know that happiness stems directly from the top. When Cheryl discovered the 2015 Kia Soul I was purchasing from her needed tires, she immediately made me an appointment at Discount Tire and provided me with an Ultimate Motorsports company check with her blessing.
