Very smooth car buying experience!! From initial contact with Dan, through the final sale with Cheryl, everything went smooth. We were looking for our daughter's first car and after ext From initial contact with Dan, through the final sale with Cheryl, everything went smooth. We were looking for our daughter's first car and after extensive searching found the vehicle at Ultimate Motorsports for a very fair price. Made the drive from DFW to see the vehicle, and although we still liked it, there were several items that needed to be repaired before we bought. Cheryl was able to get those things fixed in a reasonable amount of time and had the vehicle delivered to us. My wife and I are hard sells and Cheryl did a fantastic job of putting our minds at ease and not pushing us into a vehicle that we weren't comfortable with!!!! Thanks a bunch for a smooth car buying experience!!!! More

The right car for the right price! After being in the market for a Mercedes Benz c300 I was shocked to find such a great price on a c400. I called that same day and made an appointment. The car was washed and ready for me by the time I arrived. The staff was friendly and willing to help me get the right payment and price. Very pleasant experience and would recommend anyone to highly consider this location for a hassle free car buying experience. More

HORRIBLE We looked at a car on Thursday and put a down payment down with the agreement that we would get new tires, the back windshield repaired, a new front w We looked at a car on Thursday and put a down payment down with the agreement that we would get new tires, the back windshield repaired, a new front windshield and the car detailed. We were instructed to come back on Saturday to sign the papers and the car would be ready. We called ahead of time to make sure it was ready before we made the 1.5 hour drive and Quinton told us it was ready and to come on down. We arrived and he told us that they had to order a new rim because it was a different size then the other 3 and that he would have it delivered on Monday. Monday afternoon comes around and my car still is not done. They finally deliver the SUV to me but the only thing that has been fixed is that new tires have been put on and a new front windshield. I called Quinton and told him that the rim still did not match and that the back windshield was not fixed. He told me that they were not fixed because I had to have my car on Monday. I'm sorry you told me it would be ready on Saturday and you had a full 3 days and did not complete the work you promised me! Quinton started YELLING at my husband and I when I said that I was not accepting the car because it was not what we had agreed upon! Now the Sales Operations Manager Cheryl will not refund our deposit since they had to put new tires on it! I put a deposit down based on ALL of the stuff being complete. She has attempted to make the situation better and has been more professional than Quinton but even she is being secretive about who her boss is and magically no one that works there knows the owner of the businesses name. When I call the office asking for the owner I was instructed that it was Cheryl and then when I told her that Cheryl told me that she spoke with her boss about not issuing us a refund, the receptionist then states "oh Cheryl is the Operations Manager". I then asked for the owner of the companies name again, "I do not know it". All I want is for my deposit and down payment money back due to this dealership not holding up their end of the deal. We can then part ways and never have to speak or deal with each other again! More

Do not go to Ultimate motorsport , this dealership will sell you trash car, a few weeks ago I purchased a BMW from here ,when I toke the car to this Ultimate motorsport the engine lig , this dealership will sell you trash car, a few weeks ago I purchased a BMW from here ,when I toke the car to this Ultimate motorsport the engine light came on to speedometer ,after that I called them they didn't help me at all, and also with 10% gas the gave me my car, after that I toke to BMW they charged me 1500$ to replaced the sensors ,that's why do not west your money ,if you like to see more true reviews Please check YELP you will see all 0 star feedback More
