Happy New Year! Who doesn't like to start the new year in a new car? We found ourselves unexpectedly looking for a new car after our 2012 Chevy Cruze was totaled in Who doesn't like to start the new year in a new car? We found ourselves unexpectedly looking for a new car after our 2012 Chevy Cruze was totaled in an accident at the end of last year. Fortunately, there were great incentives if we could make our purchase by January 2, 2018. Now to find a dealer open on January 1st, in the freezing cold. Phillips Chevrolet Frankfort came to the rescue. We shopped online first and learned they had what we were looking for. Luis Vega helped up set up an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived we met Chris Baxendale who got us into a 2018 Cruze with only 3 miles on it. We test drove it, and we were thrilled to take it home with us. Chirs made the buying process a breeze. Then, Emir Cordic walked us through the paperwork and we were on our way. We love our new Chevy Cruze! Thanks to the team at Phillips for helping us when we needed it most. More

Typical car buying experience. The car we originally wanted to look at was already sold. Chris worked hard to find us another used car to our liking, which took a few tries. bait & switch I went to the dealer to purchase after working with Lisa on the internet to evaluate my 2015 chev impala. I was a victim of bait & switch. I disclosed everything to be evaluated but was reappraised and the car came back with a 600.00 lower appraisel. I had driven 3.5 hours to the dealership so I was quite surprised by the reduced appraisel. I was treated very well by my sale rep Chris Baxendale, but disappointed with the sales manager. More
