One of the worst place to be here like really disgusting customer I’ve ordered highlander back in April and never got it when I called them they’re just hanging up or telling me take your refund back. Because of this Woburn Toyota still Going through a really hard time. But I’ve got in touch with Toyota headquarter told me that this Toyota dealership is independent. They do use our name to help us just to sell vehicles for us but they are not part of the Toyota. They’re just using our name so highly not recommending this place to anybody. More

This place gives dealers a bad name. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I drive 50 miles to purchase the vehicle and its missing the carpet in the driver see down to the frame and the outsided is destroyed. I still was willing to purchase as long as they fixed what should of been fixed before they offered the vehicle for sale. I didn't even know the dealers name until after I purchased the car and he handed me his card. I get a call the next day and they give me some bull story about damaged they didn't notice after having the car for over 2 months.... More

2019 RAV4 Hybrid - good internet price I found a great price for the 2019 RAV4 Hybrid online and this was the price I paid for the vehicle. Diego the internet sales manager was helpful in I found a great price for the 2019 RAV4 Hybrid online and this was the price I paid for the vehicle. Diego the internet sales manager was helpful in arranging the deal. The dealership was very busy (good sign) and I had to wait to see salesperson Chris. I was able to look at all of the RAV4 vehicles on the third floor of the new dealership building while I was waiting. Chris was helpful and fair in the negotiation. Ernest was very personable and I enjoyed talking with him while completing the finance paperwork. More
