

Chris has worked in the automotive business since December 1989 and started with Koons in April 2008. Working with our guests and his staff is what he likes most about his position at Koons Arlington Toyota. Also, meeting many different types of people as we help them to get happily involved with our products and services. Chris thinks of his staff like family. He is constantly challenging the sales staff to be the best they can be. He wants them to deliver an exceptional experience to every client they touch. When away from the dealership, it's all about family! With a wife and four kids, there is always something to do. There are a variety of sports and activities to keep them very busy. The opportunity at Koons allows him the flexibility to offer them a safe, wonderful environment to grow and learn.

I had an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience shopping for a used car at Koons Arlington Toyota and I would never recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership! My initial experi experience shopping for a used car at Koons Arlington Toyota and I would never recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership! My initial experience with my sales rep and the test drive were great, so I scheduled an outside mechanic to examine a used car before I bought it. Koons even drove the car to the mechanic for me, which I appreciated. But less than TEN MINUTES after the mechanic called me with the clean bill of health for the car, Koons Arlington Toyota called me to tell me that they sold the car to someone else!! I checked my phone log, and it was literally eight minutes between when I received the inspection results (for which I paid $130 out of pocket) and when Koons sold the car to someone else. You want to know what Koons Arlington Toyota said? “We can’t hold cars for anyone.” Understandable, but I had an appointment scheduled that afternoon to purchase a car that I just paid to have inspected! I cannot imagine a scummier business practice. They did not even give me a courtesy call to let me know someone else was interested, or give me an opportunity to purchase it first. To top it off, my complaints to the dealership manager were ignored and unanswered. Just stay away from Koons Arlington Toyota and you’ll be better off! More

Kenneth Everhar - Excellent Salesman In March, while two of my Toyota cars were being repaired, I went to the sales department to see what new cars were being sold. I spoke to Ken Everha In March, while two of my Toyota cars were being repaired, I went to the sales department to see what new cars were being sold. I spoke to Ken Everhart, who was quite friendly and pleasant and put me at ease right away. I told him I was not ready to buy a new car that day but wanted to see what was out there. I told him I had owned Toyota since the early 1980's or earlier and had been going to Koons Arlington Toyota for service, that I had had good dealings with Toyota and was a good customer. He asked me what car I would be interested in. I told him Rav4. He showed me the RAV4 catalog and explained to me the differences in features among the LE, XLE and Limited models, how they were priced and the sale they were having. I told him that if I were to buy, I would not like to waste much time haggling, that I would like to know the best price they could offer. He was very patient and calmly and cheerfully answered my questions. I found him to be very helpful, and though eager to sell, was very honest and not pushy. He spoke with General Sales Manager Chris Kronzer, and together they worked out the best price, down payment and interest rate scenarios they could offer on two Rav 4 models. Ken showed me the calculations and answered my questions and got the okay from Chris when it was needed. They both gave me excellent advice. I ended up buying a Limited Rav 4 model. He also gave a demonstration of how to operate the car, use bluetooth, etc. I think Kenneth Everhart is an excellent salesman, given his pleasant, friendly, patient and cheerful demeanor, efficiency, and competence. For service, I highly recommend Simon Ortega. More

Was a smooth and easy purchase This was my first car that I bought so I never had any experience with dealers or purchasing a car. I visited other Toyota dealership but I did not get a good feeling about the the dealers I talked to. I just got a price for a Rav4 LE AWD and left without buying anything after a long time talk. I then called Koons Toyota Arlington to see if they can beat the price I had from another Toyota dealer. Maria was very friendly and assured me that they will have a better price for me. After visiting the dealership I was welcomed with a very friendly and professional environment. I worked with Maria Chris and Chatan and they were great during the selling process. I didnt feel that they are pushy at all and they patiently answered all my questions. very good experience at the first time buyer. More

MY NEXT STOP AT MERCEDES WHO DID NOT EVEN OFFER ME A TEST DRIVE...VERY FRUSTRATING...ONE AFTER OTHER DEALERS..I HAD A FEELING THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO GET EVERY PENNY OUT OF MY POCKET LYING IN TO MY FACE..AFTER A MONTH OF SEARCHING FOR A RIGHT PLACE AND A CAR I DECIDED TO STOP BY AT KOONS ARLINGTON TOYOTA AND WAS READY TO BE TREATED LIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE..BUT OLEG AND NURJAN WELCOMED ME WITH SMILES, OFFERED A TEST DRIVE.
