I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at suburban Ford Ferndale! (Used Cars) The salesman Chris made me feel extremely comfortable and he wasn’t the typical sales person I didn’t feel any at suburban Ford Ferndale! (Used Cars) The salesman Chris made me feel extremely comfortable and he wasn’t the typical sales person I didn’t feel any pressure. Everything went smoothly it actually went better than I expected. Kevin the finance man was also the same I have been to dealerships before where they try to pressure you to buy extra stuff I didn’t get any of that there the transaction was smooth and easy. He even found me better financing which was unexpected I went in there thinking my car note would be a certain amount and it was actually lower than I expected I was thrilled! my next car will be with them as well I would absolutely recommend going to them without a doubt!
