Well worth the drive!! I am beyond pleased with my experience of buying a car from suburban ford of Ferndale. Chris was amazing!! Before my husband and I made the eleven and I am beyond pleased with my experience of buying a car from suburban ford of Ferndale. Chris was amazing!! Before my husband and I made the eleven and a half hour drive I spoke with and texted him SEVERAL times about the car and it was everything he had mentioned. He was always so polite, patient, and extremely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever! He was so laid back but very proactive. I seriously could not have asked for a better car buying experience! Thanks Chris, you made what can be one of the most stressful decisions as pleasant as possible :) More

Chris was great. Chris helped me as soon as i walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the car.
