We found our overall experience as simply great. I really liked Salesman Ron Burton. He did a great job finding a car for us that was in the price range we could afford. He was also very personable and just seemed like a genuinely nice person. He was very informative and helped explain the financial part of buying a car. He also joked around with us which made us feel at ease and comfortable. Overall Chris and Ron did a great job in giving us a pleasant experience at Beau Townsend and we would recommend Ron to any friends/family who are looking to buy a used car! More

Mike and Chris worked out my deal, and exceeded my requested monthly terms. In fact not only payment wise, but interest rate and extra's that are included with some lenders. We stopped in to look at a Sebring convertible that was listed on the internet. By the time we got there, the car was sold. However, we saw a very nice-looking 2002 Mazda Miata and asked about it. Todd was listed on the internet. By the time we got there, the car was sold. However, we saw a very nice-looking 2002 Mazda Miata and asked about it. Todd was very good about letting us drive it and talk it over, then worked hard to get a deal together. Then he invited me to bring it back to have a ding in the door and some scratches on the bumper fixed at no charge. I did that today and it looks great! So, I'm happy and whoever gets my trade-in should like it as well. More

Great Experience, my only complain was that the car wasn't cleaned up very well upon delivery....in their defense .... they tried to get it done while I was waiting and getting the deal done, Im sure t wasn't cleaned up very well upon delivery....in their defense .... they tried to get it done while I was waiting and getting the deal done, Im sure they would have done a great job if I had left it to be cleaned. I had taken the car overnight to try, loved it and came back to buy it, they tried to accommodate me in letting me take the car home right away. I probably would have accepted waiting, knowing that my car would be cleaned up well but it wasn't offered as an option. The rest of the experience was great! Thanks so much! More

We were greeted promptly. Josh showed us what we asked for and did not try to sell us a more expensive car. He is knowledge and polite and friendly. The only down part was the fact that we were originally told of a $750.00 rebate and then told that we couldn't have that rebate. No explanation given. However, we did receive great service and enjoyed our experience. More
