Shai. .and Danny they're the best they really take care of me treat me with such class and respect I was there last Wednesday just for an oil change but the .and Danny they're the best they really take care of me treat me with such class and respect I was there last Wednesday just for an oil change but then they noticed a problem with my cooling system which made it unable to drive..I didn't have an appointment . I had my mom with me we had a doctor's appointment for her I said Danny I need a car he says mike we don't have anything available those are done by appointment only... 10 minutes later he comes back to me he says don't worry about it ..we'll take care of it he sent me to go see that lovely broad Danielle.. Danielle is so sweet she gives me a 2024 Cadillac lyric comes outside in the freezing cold walks around the car for me smiling told me and my mom to have a wonderful day I've been dealing with Paul Conte for several years. in fact my grandfather used to buy cars from them in the 1980s I've got several loaner cars and Daniella is so sweet every time.... one time I bought my 2019 Cadillac ct6 in for an oil change. I to Shai can you wax the car for me.. I couldn't believe it he actually had it waxed free of charge. every time he sees me he asks me how's the family how's your mom I got to tell you if he retires and if Danny leaves I don't know what I'm going to do these guys really are amazing More

While the purchase experience was good, at Paul Conte, my experience with the service department has been way below my expectations, this is my fifth Cadillac, but the first one that I purchased at Paul Cont experience with the service department has been way below my expectations, this is my fifth Cadillac, but the first one that I purchased at Paul Conte, so I have a basis for comparison. I have made arrangements to have my vehicle serviced at a different Cadillac dealership. because of the sub-par experiences with the Paul Conte service, I will not purchase my next Cadillac at Paul Conte because of this. I always have my cars serviced at the dealership where purchased. This is the first time I have had to give a negative review to a service department at a Cadillac dealership. My car had body shop work done and I was told the car was ready on Wednesday. I went to pick up the car on Thursday after 40 days, nobody knew that the car was there. After it was figured out that the car was there, I was told I couldn't take my car after an hour or two because for some reason the cashier couldn't get some answer from the insurance company. Instead of notifying me there was an issue so I could contact the insurance company, I was given an Enterprise rental car that wasn't fit to drive. I contacted my insurance company when I got home, and I received proof of payment for the work. I went back to pick up my car on Friday. I was told that I couldn't take my car even though I had proof of payment, they would get me a different rental car. I refused and insisted that I take my car and the cashier should contact the insurance company. Because of my insistence the cashier got the information needed and she told John tell him he can take his dam car! I was ready to leave, and I was given the wrong car. I told John that this isn't my car, then they tried to find my car, nobody knew where it was. I walked around the lot and found my car that had been sitting there for 3 days with the keys in it. When I was ready to leave, I showed John a defect in the rear bumper and was assured that he would order the part, so when I came in for my first oil change everything could be taken care of, and I would have a much better experience. I thanked him and left. I called a few days later and asked for John because I received an invoice from Enterprise, and they were charged for four days and there were gas charges even though I only had the car overnight., John told me to hold, after about 5 minutes someone picked up the phone. I said I was holding for John and was told he left for lunch, and he would have to call me back later. My next visit I had mud flaps installed that were on the sticker when I purchased the car but weren't on the car when I picked it up. While I was there, I asked if the parts were ordered for my car and was told, there wasn't anything ordered. I wish I could have been able to give 5 stars, like I usually do when I deal with Cadillac service at other Cadillac dealerships. More
