Horrible waste of time!! I made an appointment for 5 recalls I had on my truck. Made the appointment two weeks prior so all the parts could be ordered and ready to go. Dropped of Wednesday afternoon and was told it would be ready to be up Thursday evening or Friday morning the latest. Friday morning rolls around I call to see if the truck is done and they have no answer "will call back". Called three more times before finding out my truck had been there for two days without even being touched! Not one person apologized or tried to make it right. I WILL NOT be back. More

Service experience I have a 2013 Ram 1500 i purchased new from Lake Norman Dodge and after 49,300 miles, on my way to get groceries the ''check engine'' popped on and i I have a 2013 Ram 1500 i purchased new from Lake Norman Dodge and after 49,300 miles, on my way to get groceries the ''check engine'' popped on and i noticed the transmission wasn't acting right, like it was stuck in 3rd or 4th gear (automatic) , i experienced very little take off power and when at highway speed the rpm's were to high for the speed. Anyway, i call the dealership, made an appointment and arranged for a loaner as we assumed it was going to require serious work possibly ordering and waiting for new parts to arrive. I arrived at the service lane at 8am as directed and was greeted by service adviser Chuck Conner who was very professional and polite and even advised i was due a ecu update and that would be done at no charge. In no time i was provided with a 2014 Durango courtesy car to drive while my truck was in for the transmission work. I went home suspecting the worse, huge problem, wait for parts...etc. Around 3pm Chuck called with great news, my truck was ready for pick up, and that the electronic valve body had been replaced and truck was fine, all under warranty. I was super happy and i wanted you to know, i appreciate everything you did to help me with my truck. I just want to say a big thank you to Chuck and let you know you should be proud to have employees like him, he went out of his way to make my visit a happy one. Lake Norman CJDR advertises Free Oil Changes for life, Free Car washes for life and most phenomenally FREE TIRES FOR LIFE .I seriously doubted they could or would follow through with this program. I never should have doubted this policy. Lake Norman just placed 4 BRAND NEW 265/70/20 tires on my truck after I questioned their wear during a routine oil change. Salesperson Willie Brown spoke to management and they approved my new tire installation. LAKE NORMAN paid 100% of the price of the tires. Lake Norman and Willie Brown just saved me an additional $600.00. I definitely recommend Lake Norman CJDR and Willie Brown for your next New or Used car purchase. More

We were looking for a replacement for my Jeep which had been serviced here and had felt comfortable with the dealership in that capacity. Since being retired price and payment were crucial in our decision making. Well kudos to JOSH McKinde our sales consultant and his manager. They took a situation which looked doomed and turned it into a brand spanking new Dodge Durango. We are thrilled with this purchase. We previously dealt with two big Toyota dealers in the area for new cars. WOW! Had we known buying a new SUV could be this stress free, pleasant, respectful and easy we would have been here long ago. Once again what a great experience; I will recommend LNCDJR to all who inquire. Thank You LNCDJR!!!!!! More

Turning a bad day into a great one I took my 9 year Dodge Dakota in for service for my transmission. While there I looked at a more comfortable car. I met a sales person and talked abou I took my 9 year Dodge Dakota in for service for my transmission. While there I looked at a more comfortable car. I met a sales person and talked about my needs. He explained to me several options. And we looked at two, a Chrysler 200 and 300 new and pre-owned. I asked him to put together a package for me. I later emailed him to also include a trade in for me on my 2012 Chevy. I came back the next day and was greeted by a very professional pricing package that was to my surprise had a lower purchase price for the Chrysler 300 and a higher trade in price for my Chevy. I said to my spouse lets do this. We then met with the finance person who explained several options on the additional maintenance options that I asked for. we then bought the Chrysler 300. The best part about this is for the first time in my life the next day I had no buyer remorse. Did I do the right thing could I have gotten a better price. I strongly recommend to everyone to give this professional team a chance to do the same for you. More

poor customer service my 2012 dodge grand caravan was towed in to there dealership with a transmission problem , ( well known TSB on the 2010 to 2014 caravans of a loud clu my 2012 dodge grand caravan was towed in to there dealership with a transmission problem , ( well known TSB on the 2010 to 2014 caravans of a loud clunking going to drive or reverse AND a intermittent shudder in reverse) the service advisor stated there was no loaner cars available and there was a two week waiting list for loaners (a unnamed employee said they tell everyone that) so I went into the waiting room because I was stranded and decided to call dodge CS and complain about the loaner car problem and low and behold like magic a loaner appeared POOF ! the next day I was called by the advisor and he stated he himself drove the car around the block and said there is nothing wrong with it which they knew the car didn't have a driving problem to start with (see above TSB) then he said they have to have the loaner can back by the end of the day and I connot keep it ??? no mention of the transmission being internally checked or electronically??? I said there is something wrong , new cars should buck in reverse , please check it over inside and out , I was then told my car is" drivable" and come now to pick it up otherwise we will charge you for the loaner as a rental , I got mad and said no and got off the phone with him called dodge CS back and complained again CS called the dealer , the dealer said they will check the van on the lift on Monday , ok good , told the dealer I didn't want to deal with chuck anymore because he was very pushy about getting the loaner back and had little or no concern about my tranny problem or concerns so on Monday I spoke to another employee after the advisor cept calling me AFTER I told them I didn't want to deal with him and the service manger never bothered to call me or speak with me after many requests to talk with him , I went to pick up the van on that tues morning , none of the advisors would speak with me or the service mgr , I had to go the service desk to get my keys then when I got in my van there was trash on the floor of my drivers side , the passenger seat was racked all the way back like someone was napping during a test drive ,the receipt stated they fully inspected the vehicle and test drove it on the highway?? why? well I got in got on the hwy and the steering wheel was shaking violently and the car was shaking and vibrating I pulled over to see what was wrong??? looked under the van didn't see anything , I didn't want to go back to that lousy dealer so drove it home very slowly , had it checked by another mechanic they found the tire pressure on the LF was 23psi the RF was 45psi and both rears were 50psi ??? I checked the cold pressure before driving the van when it was towed there @ 36psi cold on all fours , and the left front lugs were loose as well had the tire pressure we adjusted and all the lugs re torqued to the factory scecs on all fours and the problem disappeard ...funny how that was??? lake norman dodge SUCKS ! never bring your car there More

I BOUGHT MY 6TH CAR! I'M A LIFER! I know it's a long story, but hang in there, it has so many positive items that, if you're wanting to buy a car you will know that Lake Norman CJDR is I know it's a long story, but hang in there, it has so many positive items that, if you're wanting to buy a car you will know that Lake Norman CJDR is THE BEST DEALERSHIP ANYWHERE! Last Friday I'm driving home from work and decided to stop by the dealership and see if I can find a car I might want. Wandered in and bumped into Maggie. She's always been my friend so I decided, what the heck, show me a car! While looking I said to her, "well, do you have convertibles?" and of course she took me right away to the Chrysler 200 Touring Convertible. OMG I fell in love with that car right away. I immediately told her I wanted to buy that car. Now I thought, well, it'll take a few days to get it the way I want it, but guess what? They gave me exactly what I asked for on the trade-in for my PT Cruiser, and they priced the car exactly where I wanted it, and financed it at the pay rate I asked for!! Now how on earth can a dealership do all that? Oh, yes, this is my 6th car I've bought from this dealership, mainly because I have always enjoyed being with Jack and his wife Robin, along with the service team, parts team, admin team and their sales team. I have to say our entire family loves Lake Norman CJDR! So, it took exactly one hour to get a new car! Yes, only one hour. I came back in on Saturday for about 15 minutes to sign all the financing paperwork, and enjoyed being there again with all the nice people working at the dealership. I've had 6 cars now, and LN CJDR has maintained the previous 5, worked on them, fixed them, and kept them all running and staying tuned up. I've not taken my cars to any other place as I know that LN CJDR has the technical ability, along with the fantastic friendship, better than any other dealership in the entire United States. How can I know that? When I moved here it was my 11th relocation and I've lived all over the country, before this I never had such a wonderful and friendly dealership. Jack and his wife Robin have set up a fantastic business, and I'm always emailing and texting them. So, in my opinion this is the best dealership I've ever encountered. More
