For about a week leading up to my visit Cody had been very responsive and accomodating to my email inquiries, whether for a new or used vehicle. My interest was for a used 2010 Tundra and i found the right one at Lugoff Toyota. Even though i was just "looking around" both David and Cody were very friendly and attentive, ready to turn me into a new customer (which i am) and will be looking forward to maintaining that contact for my vehicle service needs. It was an added incentive for me in having co-workers on base that had good things to say and recommend about Lugoff Toyota. Outstanding experience at Lugoff Toyota. They received the car I was looking for via a trade-in and posted it on their webpage. Jennifer McElveen was outstanding and emailed me late in the evening to reschedule an appointment that saved me an extra trip to the dealership. Cody DeBruhl coordinated my visit to the dealer and Jonathan Hall took me on a test drive and completed the sale. A very efficient process and the team even stayed after closing time since I arrived in the evening to make the purchase. They are familiar with selling to military and working with USAA which made the process even more smooth. I would recommend this dealer to others who are in search of a car -- even if it isn't a Toyota. More

I took the drive from Northeast Richland county because I had heard that many of my friends in the Camden/Lugoff/Elgin area were highly impressed with them. I accompanied some of my relatives to Lugoff Toyota for them to purchase a new Prius. They live out of state, and had checked many Toyota dealerships, and found Lugoff offered the best price. They worked out a deal with Cody DeBruhl on the phone a few days prior to our visit to the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. We worked somewhat with Cody, but more extensively with Brian Booker and Jennifer McElveen. Although there was initially some confusion regarding what they had worked out over the phone, everyone at the dealership honored the commitment which had been made. We were all extremely pleased by the friendliness and professional attitude of all the staff. I will certainly use this dealership in the future if I'm in the market for a Toyota or Scion. More

Only reason for giving a "4" rating for the price was I believe it may have been slightly over what I should have paid but it was still one of the better prices in the area compared to some of the dealerships I had spoken to. I used TrueCar to locate Lugoff and in the end I am not sure if I ended up using my TrueCar certificate to save me more money but that is ultimately my fault. Compared to previous car buying experiences this was one of the better ones. More

First impressions are so important---they set the tone for things to come. My initial interaction with the Lugoff Toyota staff was with Cody Debuhl. I had spoken with him on the phone earlier and after me for things to come. My initial interaction with the Lugoff Toyota staff was with Cody Debuhl. I had spoken with him on the phone earlier and after meeting him, my first impression was wow---this guy is very customer oriented, this is where I am going to buy my new truck (of course, I didn't tell him this). On arrival, Cody greeted my wife and I and put us immediately at ease, and offered to assist us in any way possible regarding our truck purchase. Throughout our visit, Cody was very professional, courteous, and took time to answer our questions and promptly addressed what concerns we had during my truck purchase. During our visit, we also met Tyrone Davis. He went with me on a test drive and guided me through the paperwork involved during the purchase. Again, I was very impressed. He too was very professional courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. During my test drive, he explained all the features that the truck had to offer. I can honestly say, my buying experience at Lugoff Toyota was truly hassle-free (no pressure), and a enjoyable experience, which was a first for me when buying a vehicle. More
