With this last vehicle that I purchased, a 2020 GLB, I dealt with Max Kovacs, who was extremely professional and attentive. I will be back to give him more business. He was not pushy and answered all my questions, even when my questions were skipping from car to car when I was being indecisive. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. I would also like to give kudos to Jeanette, the receptionist who always greeted me with a smile. Further, even the employees I have dealt with in the past have given me exemplary service. Cody, Sean, and Stacey are true professionals. It is very easy to see that employees here like their jobs. Shawn would send my husband and I emails and calls for six months. Shawn was determined to find the right car for me...and he did!!! We were out of the country on vacation, when he sent us a email of a car with everything on my wishlist. Shawn found the perfect car and it had everything I wanted and more!! Everything is amazing about this dealership from the receptionist remembering my first name to the spectacular elegance of the showroom. The car I wanted needed a belt replaced and the service was impeccable. They brought me a loaner vehicle and handled all the repairs astonishingly quickly.
