These are not the type of reviews I generally give, but I arrived unplanned with an overheating car, and the overwhelming feeling I got was people salivating to make money. In fact, when we decided to have the car fixed elsewhere because of the exorbitant quote, they tried to charge my elderly parents 3x the amount of the diagnostic fee -- saying they had done work, which apparently is untrue, but regardless would have been unapproved. Sadly, I had stopped going to that dealership for repairs a while back because of a feeling of them trying to take advantage of me. Even dating back to my purchase, they "accidentally" put roughly $1,000 extra in what I owed until a caught it. More
