Everyone I dealt with in service and parts was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I Had an issue with a seat trim part, the part number was wrong in the Ford/Lincoln system. Though it took a whil friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I Had an issue with a seat trim part, the part number was wrong in the Ford/Lincoln system. Though it took a while, several people hung in there after a few tries and made sure we got the correct part and the repair was done properly and looked like new. Cowboy Goodman was very thorough, Shay Piel made sure I had something to drive. And David in parts used his own credit card to get the correct part shipped from another dealership to expedite getting it done after the first few wrong part deliveries. They worked hard as a team to get this done right. Robert Fox at corporate Lincoln Concierge helped with the part number resolution, contacted me and called me and the dealership on a regular basis to make sure things stayed on track and meeting expectations. Robert is a very good communicator and excellent in customer service. Thanks for the team effort. More

The reason I gave three stars is because the mobile appointment I had was not honored on my appointment day. I kept calling and leaving messages. I was called in the evening by the person in charge and appointment I had was not honored on my appointment day. I kept calling and leaving messages. I was called in the evening by the person in charge and he said he forgot to call me. So, I was given another appointment and still no one showed up. Finally, I spoke with Cowboy (service dept) and he made sure someone came to my house for the appointment that day. I was disappointed with the person in charge of the Mobile Service Department. The person who came to my house was nice and explained to me what he had to do to service my vehicle. He gets Five stars and Cowboy too! I would also like to say that my husband and I have bought vehicles from here and the service was great. This unfortunate incident will not deter us from coming back. More

Great dealership. It is not often you find a dealership that really delivers on the story about caring about customers. Frequently you will find one person who is good It is not often you find a dealership that really delivers on the story about caring about customers. Frequently you will find one person who is good and then the team let's you down. I have been continually and pleasantly surprised by the top notch consistency of everyone I interact with at Mac Haik Ford.
