The staff's commitment to excellence has never wavered, making every visit a pleasure. We appreciate the outstanding service and look forward to many more years as part of the Mazda family. As a small suggestion, an upgrade to the coffee machine in the waiting area would be a delightful touch. The vending machine also needs better healthy options to improve the wait time for the customers! Thank you for consistently exceeding our expectations! More

Thus dealership used to be great. Until one works with the service manager: Michael Torres. He is hot tempered. Would not permit one who has a car in the service center speak to anyon Until one works with the service manager: Michael Torres. He is hot tempered. Would not permit one who has a car in the service center speak to anyone else but him. And ontop of that while one's mother has a medical procedure. They will go to such lengths to illegal trespass into a garage (without warning) when promised to trade vehicles. They will steal one's car loaner by trespassing. And go back against their word to drop off one's vehcile [ which still does not have warranty repairs fulfilled. Noticed less then 24 hours after a high jacking car situation?] I go to church. I've been to and from dealerships at leave 22+ years of my life. If my grandfather was alive he would stand for such unprofessionalizism. Also tustin mazda service no longer cares about the customer. Their needs. Their needs with their car to be repaired under warranty. I'm under 15k in total mileage. Started going to this location around two years ago. Yes Elle can be helpful. But I feel bad for her having to clean up Michael Torres mess. Work with anyone but Michael Torres- he will not fix one's vehicle NO. MATTER. WHAT. I currently have my vehicle. It's unsafe to drive after it going to this service center. Anything warranty related will not be fixed (current day). More

After a wonderful experience in purchasing my Miata with Jim Feinstein, I now went for my first maintenance service. The service people were very friendly, the customer waiting area is top notch, My service Jim Feinstein, I now went for my first maintenance service. The service people were very friendly, the customer waiting area is top notch, My service advisor, Damian Escobedo, was courteous and very knowledgeable. I liked being apprised of the status of my Miata via text, and especially the video of what was specifically being done, along with service technician's commentary. And of course I'm happy with the way they took care of my Miata in a timely fashion. More
