After a wonderful experience in purchasing my Miata with Jim Feinstein, I now went for my first maintenance service. I liked being apprised of the status of my Miata via text, and especially the video of what was specifically being done, along with service technician's commentary. And of course I'm happy with the way they took care of my Miata in a timely fashion. More

I was greeted with a friendly “good morning” from Greg-he was quick to get my service request going. Damien was very professional , had a pleasant personality & handled my service request in a timely manner was quick to get my service request going. While waiting in the beautiful lounge (coffee maker was the best) , walked in Charles P., (he handled my car purchase back in April,) remembered me and I was greeted with his warm smile & a “hi, good to see you.” This location is why I always brag to family & friends about the great employees Tustin Mazda has. Amazing place!! More
