What is even more important to me was how I was treated after buying our car. I have been back to the dealership a couple of times now for various reasons and Clay is welcoming and more than willing to help me with any questions that I have. This has been a wonderful experience, unlike a lot of other car buying experiences in the past. More

We had just the perfect amount of attention that kept us informed and to be able to think about the whole deal. The financing office was the same way. No pressure to buy all the add on products.... which is not typical in our past experience! From start to finish, it was a great experience. After a low experience at another dealer, we went to Toyota Frankfort today to look for a new vehicle for her. She had seen this Camry in Blue Crush Metallic on their website, and asked Jesse Smoot about that particular car, taking it for a test drive. He was highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, keeping us calm and informed all the time. Dan Hicks was also excellent and answered many of our questions, especially after the accident and how all that works. We drove the car home tonight very pleased with the whole experience. More
