Very pleasant,professional and smooth. My wife and I visited Frankfort Toyota to test drive a used Rav4 and see if they could terminate our Toyota Lease in a way helpful to us. I was pu My wife and I visited Frankfort Toyota to test drive a used Rav4 and see if they could terminate our Toyota Lease in a way helpful to us. I was put in contact with Jesse Smoot and after about 5 minutes it was obvious to my wife and I that he was only concerned about giving us every bit of information that was going to help us make an informed decision. He is the most pleasant and friendly sales person we had ever met and he was a joy to work with. (We are in our late 50s and have met several dealership employees on the opposite end of the scale) With the help of Sales Mgr Dan Hicks and Finance Mgr Dana Arnold, Jesse presented us with a detailed layout of the best deal for what we we trying to accomplish and worked it out for us in a timely manner. Went for Service, Bought a New One! On Aug. 19, I took our 2012 Sienna in for regular service. Saw Chris Stewart who sold us that Sienna and asked him who was responsible for sending an On Aug. 19, I took our 2012 Sienna in for regular service. Saw Chris Stewart who sold us that Sienna and asked him who was responsible for sending an email about buying our Sienna. He said it was probably Dan Hicks. Chris asked if we were interested in trading or selling it and I told him we might if the offer was right!. He brought Dan back to talk to me. They had the Sienna that my husband and I had looked at online after reading the email. Dan and I took it for a test drive. Chris and Dan were very patient with me as I tried to contact my husband and to make up my mind! When the offer was one I could accept, Dan was patient in completing all the paperwork. Chris went over the main features of the vehicle. After the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go, Chris even helped me move my belongings from the old van to the new one, and he set up the Bluetooth for me. We are enjoying the van very much! More

Very Smooth Purchasing Experience! My purchase of an Avalon was quick and smooth. I arrived at the dealership knowing what I wanted to buy and what it should cost. Jimmy Williams help My purchase of an Avalon was quick and smooth. I arrived at the dealership knowing what I wanted to buy and what it should cost. Jimmy Williams helped me find the car within ten minutes. The negotiationsly went smoothly and took about twenty minutes. While I had a quick chat with Dan Hicks, Jimmy brought the car from the lot to me near the sales office. I took a fifteen minute test drive to assure myself all was good with the car. Upon arrival back at the dealership, I was ushered into Dana's office where we completed the paperwork in fifteen minutes. Jimmy delivered the car to my home that evening and spent a liberal amount of time familiarizing my wife and me with the various features of the car, including sincronizing our phones and the garage door opener, and demonstrating the audio and guidance functions. The price of the vehicle was very reasonable based on my research. I commend Jimmy and Dan for a very friendly, low-keyed purchasing experience. More

I have never liked car shopping before, but I always hated going car shopping. The games played, the pressure put on me by the salespeople. But I can truthfully say there was none of that with I always hated going car shopping. The games played, the pressure put on me by the salespeople. But I can truthfully say there was none of that with these guys. Jimmy was straight up and so was Dan the sales manager. I expressed any concerned I had and they were able to satisfy me and make what I thought was a fair deal for both parties. Unlike the past I kinda enjoyed these guys. More
