Courtesy and service are unsurpassed in both the sales and service departments. New car prices are always unbeatable and worth the drive from Lexington. Another dealership I visited was rude and acted like I didn't matter. From the time I got out of my car I was greeted with a welcoming tone. The young man outside assisted me to my salesperson. Leah Gardner was my salesperson and was professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with when I found the vehicle I wanted, on-line, at Frankfort Toyota. Leah stayed in touch with me for the few we knowledgeable and a delight to work with when I found the vehicle I wanted, on-line, at Frankfort Toyota. Leah stayed in touch with me for the few weeks before my new Camry Hybrid was manufactured, May 19, in Kentucky. When I was unable to rent a vehicle in Ohio to drive to Frankfort, Leah stayed engaged and met me at the airport to pick up my 2022 Toyota Hybrid Camry. Leah patiently spent time to familiarize me with the features of the new Camry Hybrid, including the communication system and all of the safety features. Frankfort Toyota dealership treated me like their long-lost Mother and had me on my way back to Ohio, in very short order. The staff was also most pleasant and helpful so Frankfort Toyota is tops in my book. . More
