My Review of Long McArthur, Inc.:
Our several visits to the dealership were very pleasant. Out salesman was most helpful and accommodating. The finance man that we worked with (name was Rob) was also very helpful. Our new car had to come from another dealer about 200 miles away. It was promptly retrieved and detailed. Dan Penner's assistant went over the car completely, explaining how everything worked. Our overall experience was very good.

I went in to look for a truck, as I needed on for my move coming up in July. I wasn't sure of I could get financed being as I already had a note on my car. Even though I'm a person who has tattoos and piercings, Dan approached me as if I looked no different than his own son. Immediately he began digging for details on what I'd needed, and shortly after pulled up some trucks in my price range. He did everything could to get me into one of their vehicles and he did it in a manner that wasn't abrasive or rude at all. Little time lapses and I walk out with keys to my new truck. I was beyond happy.

I seated the internet for the truck I was wanting. I found it a couple places but Long-McArthur (Malory) was the first to respond with an email and then a follow up phone call. I visited the dealership the next day and they someone waiting to speak with me. I purchased the truck and it was not high pressure and Dan was very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around.

Please come to Long McArthur and see Dan Penner for you transportation needs. He will get you the best deal possible and goes above and beyone to see that everything is done right. He doesn't "forget" you when you drive off the lot. He always follows up with your cars maintenance and makes sure that you are taken care of and satisfied with all departments of the dealership. We visited Long McArthur to purchase a new pickup for work purposes. We were treated very professionally and the employees worked to give us all we were looking for. We appreciated the no-nonsense approach and the quick amount of time it took for us to find the vehicle we purchased and make the deal. We will definitely go back to Long McArthur for our next vehicle purchase.
