John was honest and straightforward from the initial visit through the sale and after the sale. He treated my family and I with respect and provided helpful information throughout the sales process. Working with John and his sales manager Dan Perry was a smooth process and they were both very willing to do their best to provide options, answers and information that eventually led to the sale. As with some other dealers there were no false promises or expectations. I was pleased with my experience.
