I set an appointment to test drive the Rav 4 XLE Hybrid. Kaleb was excellent. He was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I wasn't planning on purchasing that day, but he was able to get an excellent Kaleb was excellent. He was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I wasn't planning on purchasing that day, but he was able to get an excellent offer for my trade and reduce the MSRP. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the whole process was very comfortable. Brianna was excellent as well. She explained clearly the entire contract and the finance options. There were no hidden fees or unknown expenses. I highly recommend Toyota Superstore. More

Dealership could not get the truck I wanted so I had to switch to a different lesser vehicle even though my deposit was on another vehicle. Waited hours for financing to get us in. I was interested in a car, we went to the dealership and asked for an experienced salesperson. They gave us someone that had been there under a year and never sold cars before. I emailed the salesperson and asked for an experienced salesperson. They gave us someone that had been there under a year and never sold cars before. I emailed the salesperson and told him I was interested in the car. He gave me a price, and said his manager would get back to me regarding the details. I continued to email the salesperson regarding the vehicle and received no response. I never heard from him or his manager regarding the car, so I called. I expressed that I wanted a purchase agreement to buy the car. I sent an email to confirm, no response. I inquired through another salesperson and found that the car was sold. I would never go back to this dealership in the future. It had to be the worst experiences I have had. More

Kaleb wax by far the best car salesperson I have worked with I. My 40 years of buying cars. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all honest which to me is key.
