Upset 😭 I brought my car from Rally BMW about a year ago. I had nothing but problems with the car. It stayed in the shop. I was sleeping one night and I hea I brought my car from Rally BMW about a year ago. I had nothing but problems with the car. It stayed in the shop. I was sleeping one night and I heard my car alarm going off so I jump out of bed so I could turn it off so I do not disturb the neighbors. I look outside and my car is on fire. The car fire cought my house garage and the car on the side of it up. I have contacted BMW who will not return any of my phone calls. They told me the car was Certified and the day after I brought it the frount Windshield cracked I took it to the shop and they told me that it is not a BMW windshield I asked them how is that possible I only had the car a day... I'm so frustrated that no one will return my calls at BMW. My home was destroyed from the car catching fire when it was not even on. So frustrated and upsetting.. More

Although I had never purchased pre-owned before, he made me feel confident in the immaculate condition of the vehicle. At the time of pick-up, he was extremely attentive to any questions I had and was patient in walking me through a process which was unfamiliar to me. All around the most trustworthy salesman I have ever dealt with. My time spent with the Genius Terrance was also very informative and thorough.
