We went for a drive on that Happy TRACK, and came back to Chris' desk. I told Chris what I thought was fair and what I wanted for my trade.. He came back with a figure, we signed the papers and he handed me my keys.. He went above and beyond hooking up my phone to the BluTooth device, helped me set my channels, went thru "roof removal 101", ..The entire team was phenomenal!!! WE WILL BE BACK FOR OUR NEXT VEHICLE! We had a fantastic experience working with Chris Olson (sales) Rob Goldman (sales and products) and Dave Pickell (finance) and they did a great job answering our many questions about the hybrid. We really appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the car (much more educated about the technology compared to any other Chrysler employees that we had talked to at other locations) and also that when they didn't have the answer, they would readily admit it and work to find one. More
