Excellent from beginning to end Our salesperson, Sharyl Brewer, greeted us and took us around the lot. We expressed our interest in test driving the Lincoln MKZ. She spent time explaining all the features of the car and we went for a test drive.. We then signed up for the 24 hour date night program and took the car home. We loved it and subsequently returned the next day and leased it for 36 months. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful in every way...they couldn't be nicer...it was a great experience. Sharyl handled all our questions and concerns...Erik Shipley handled the final paperwork with great efficiency. More

Rarely have any issues because I buy Ford products but occasionally there is a problem. Crystal is my service provider and I do not have enough room to write all the great things I can say about her. She always makes a bad day brighter and has a unique skill in fitting everything into her day. She can hustle like no other employee I have seen. She always comes through for me. This team is second to none and I have never had a better experience at a dealership. Bozard Ford has my business and I travel over an hour to get there and pass two Ford dealers on the way.
