Thank you for the review. Yes unfortunately some trades only come with one key. When it comes to owners manuals, most manufacturers have gone away from paper ones and are doing everything digital now.

I feel they should have communicated that to us upfront and not surprised us when we were leaving. They should explained that the manuals would be digital. I did receive an email today with that info and that's fine. The other thing is no one spent any time going over how the features of the car functioned.
