Charles was perfect in helping us with our new turck! Never thought I would ever buy something for Metro Ford or a Ted Moore store. I would rate Metro Ford OKC at zero stars but that's not available. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I've asked to talk to management and no one will talk to me. No Quality Assu available. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I've asked to talk to management and no one will talk to me. No Quality Assurance at all! My car will be returned for the 4th time because it's worse than before and now missing parts that were on it when I took it in initially and now leaking oil all over the ground! I have been without a car for 7 months already and lost $4k in value during this time. My family has owned over 50 Ford products. I will never buy another one! I will tell everyone I know and maybe they can avoid my experience. More

Buy my car back, please, so I can have my life back! I bought it brand new from your dealership. I called that number and it's the main number, which I've called many times before but no one with any authority will speak with me. My car is still sitting at your dealership and nobody tells me anything. I have to call and leave messages. Once in a while I'll get an update, which is usually that they have no idea how long it will take to get parts. This is the 4th time I've sent it back. The reason it's there isn't even for the reason I brought it to you in the first place. My Escape is now leaking oil after an engine replacement due to a recall. Apparently, there's a major issue with Escape engines. When I got it back this last time, there was a bolt missing, one halfway unscrewed, and wiring flapping loose around the fan. Please help!
