I applied and was approved for a car with a set of vin numbers and when I went to the dealership they sold me a car that I looked at a few days prior, at southlake kia. Instead of the car I was approved f numbers and when I went to the dealership they sold me a car that I looked at a few days prior, at southlake kia. Instead of the car I was approved for. The cars were different in price, different vin numbers, same exterior and interior color. Dixie P the internet car sales manager did that., I was charged for accessories that I didn’t ask for or need. Which is why I left the first time. I later decided to buy a rogue on line and had a horrible experience. This was the worst car experience of my life More

Always great service and the work is completed within the expected amount of time I was given when making my appointment. Love knowing I have the life time drivetrain warranty on my 2012 Versa.
