First time buying a new car! This was the first time I have ever bought a new car. I was so nervous, excited and a little overwhelmed. I was impressed with how Doug made it such a smooth easy process. We even had to change things a few times and Doug never seemed annoyed or upset. He had such a great attitude and even made small talk. When I left I had stopped at a convenience store and some random guy came up to me and was like what is that? I told him 2018 Ford Taurus, He was so impressed he followed me out to see it closer, he asked where I got it, and I proudly said DAHL FORD, I also gave him Doug's name.
