Best car buying experience since moving to Florida I used the TruCar buying service through Consumers Reports to make initial contact with Phillips Toyota and get an initial price quote on a vehicle. I used the TruCar buying service through Consumers Reports to make initial contact with Phillips Toyota and get an initial price quote on a vehicle. But, this is not why I rate them 5 stars. From the time my wife and I arrived at the dealership and through the whole purchasing process we were treated extremely well. Our sales representative was a pleasure to work with. I can only rate the Sales Department at this time, but I have to believe that their Service Department will be equally as good to work with. More
