I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota and Scion of Wallingford. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the environment was very family friendly. The sales team was also very accommodating, even to the point of offering an afternoon of borrowing the car prior to our purchasing. I would definitely consider purchasing from here again.

My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
Prior to my recent purchase, I bought two cars at Toyota and Scion of Wallingford. One was for my daughter and one for me. The personal service was extraordinary and the care for my financial capabilities were taken into consideration both times. I was asked ,"What was on my wish list" when I bought my Camry in 1998. I was given a price for the car and my wishes were fulfilled with a sunroof and leather seats for a very small cost. If I saw Eric Levine, the person who sold me the cars, he'd greet me like I was family. A week ago, after 13 years with my Camry, I bought an Avalon. Leaving the dealership, a rock must have kicked up and hit the passenger side door. When I noticed a ding in the door a half hour after buying the new car, I brought it back to Eric who drove it into the shop immediately and had it fixed in minutes. It looked like new. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Everyone I have ever dealt with here was wonderful. There is no pressure and what is best for you is the motto. Buying at this dealership has been a great experience for me for many years.

My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
From the moment I walked in, I was amazed with the high level of customer care from each person I spoke to or worked with. Bill DiChello was frank, honest and worked hard to find the 2012 Sienna Limited we were looking for. He and their Locator, Eric, listened and didn't try to dissuade me into something that they just had on the lot which was refreshing in light of the experience I had days before at one of their competitors. More importantly, when it got down to the time to talk price, Bill was able to quickly cut to the deal and didn't play any games which was also very refreshing. It appears that the entire staff gets the concept that customer service is key and that was highlighted during the delivery of our vehicle in that the owner of the company personally greeted us and made sure that we were extremely satisfied with the level of service that we obtained throughout the whole process. Despite another Toyota dealership being closer to our hometown, we'll be making the extra ten minute drive to Toyota of Wallingford to get our vehicle maintained based on their commitment to making things go smoothly. This was our first Toyota and we'll certainly be back when it's time to replace the vehicle.

I have been an extremely happy customer of Toyota of Wallingford for more than 10 years. My most recent purchase was a new Rav 4 which I really love. Steve Zion Sr. and his staff are truly wonderful people. They are always friendly, dependable, accomodating and really put the customer first in every situation. Although I live in Trumbull and there are other Toyota dealerships that are closer, I always go to Toyota of Wallingford, whether it be to purchase a new car or for service or parts. Now you may be thinking that it is somewhat of a distance to go there from where I am but I guarantee that you won't find a more pleasant experience anywhere! I am the type of person that needs to have total confidence in where I purchase or take my car for service so going the distance is more than worth it for me and I have and would always recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, many of my friends and the people I work with are now going to Wallingford to purchase a car or take their car in for service. I guarantee that after your first visit, you won't care to go anywhere else! Yes I am a loyal customer, but the reason I am is because of THEIR loyalty to THEIR customers. In my opinion,(and I am certainly not alone) Toyota of Wallingford is the best dealership anywhere!

I just want to thank Eric & Steve for all of their help with the purchase of my Sienna. My experience with Toyota of Wallingford was great all around! I had my three boys with me and they were entertained in the playscape and also with the monster truck. The price was great but equally important was how well I was treated. I felt very comfortable at the dealership and look forward to my future visits. I will wholeheartedly recommend Toyota of Wallingford to my friends and family. After visiting and shopping for a Toyota Prius at 4 local dealers I ended up at Toyota of Wallingford expecting the same stressful experience of all the others, but NOT SO...these were true gentlemen striving to give the best deal possible to the customer. They were engaging, extremely friendly and very determined to make what is normally a volley of caddy bantering a respectful, informative, pleasant transaction that truly went way beyond my expectations. Thanks to all for getting me in the car I wanted at an affordable price...I will be a return customer.
