We found Frank Pagliauca very easy to work with he was honest and not fake. He tried to get us the best price and still work with us. The problem with the dealship that is a huge turn off, is management sit up on a huge platform looking down on the dealership,every time a salemen needs to talk to management, they have to step on a stool to speak to them. This is very be degrading to watch as they are no better than the sales men doing the work. Other than that we have bought 2 new cars from the dealership and never had a problem. Frank Pagliauca was very real and we would come back to him again.

Had been browsing for a bit and just started looking after hearing of all the President's Day deals that were being advertised. My first (and only) stop was Toyota of Wallingford, just because I lived close. After meeting with Frank I didn’t feel like I had to go anywhere else to make sure I was getting the best deal. This was my first brand new car buying experience and it was great. He found me extra discounts and worked to get me as much as he could on my trade in. Absolutely in love with my new car and can’t wait to go back for it’s lifetime services!

My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
I was out looking for a car with a preapproved capital one loan. The criteria that they put on made it very diifcult to find a vehicle. After going to several dealerships that just personified the typical sleazy care salesman I made my way to Toyota of Wallingford expecting more of the same. I told them what I had and was told tehy had a few cars that had recently come in on trade. I came back later and found that waht they had gotten in wouldnt fit either. I sat and talked to Frank a bit and he gained my trust so I let him run a credit app even though I thought due to my lasst couple of years of problems I would never get anything. Was I suprised when He got Gloria to come and finalize my info for a purchase. THis was Tuesday evening. Wednesday afternoon I was told to come pick up my new car. Gloria said Sahail worked real hard to get my through since I had no money down. I couldnt beleive it. I would send everyone to Wallingford Toyota, not your typical car sales

My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
I went to Toyota of Wallingford with the intention of looking around and maybe test driving a car without purchashing one. I wanted to shop around before I made my decision. I meet with Frank Pagiluca the salesman who went out of his way to help me as best as he could. Frank was more then helpful, he literly went over and beyond my expectations because I left there owning my a new 2012 Toyota Camry. Frank, I would say is a very pleasant, patient, professional person to work with. He treated me more than a customer, he treated me as family and for that I am truly grateful. He worked hard to get where I needed to be and then made it happen. I am very very happy with my new purchase and I would recommend Frant to all my family & friends. I also met with Gloria and Paul who were very nice, cheerful and among all very helpful. Thank you Toyota of Wallingford you made my Christmas more cheerful & and a beautiful New Year to come more colorful....:)

My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
I have to say I was very impressed with the service at Toyota Scion in Wallingford and in particular due to the prompt actions, friendliness and service of Frank, Sohail and Gloria who were there to take me every step of the way in the process. I am natural skeptic dealing with car salesman anyone will tell you. I believe their job is sell you to their advantage and get you off their lot and then whatever consequence befalls you is on you alone. I have to say I was glad to be proven wrong. Every step of the way my questions were answered promptly and clarifications made. Even upon closing the deal they gave me the best rate 2.9 percent interest on a beautiful Toyota Rav 4 2007 preowned at $18,000 with a mileage of 56,600. I had visited other dealerships that Toyota has throughout the state of Connecticut and nowhere save here did I find that good of a deal or the service package that came with it of the lo-jack, free oil change, car washes etctera also extended to me along with the follow up on my experience driving the RAV 4 and if I had any concerns they would be addressed. Fantastic!
