Beware of these up-sellers! My 75+ year old mom took her 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking 10+ year old Honda in because the car alarm was going off all night and she had no idea why. Instead of offering to disconnect the alarm or checking her key fob for a malfunction, DCH told her she needed new door locks at the cost of $1000+! She unfortunately said yes without consulting with me first. How dare you, DCH Paramus Honda, take advantage of a senior citizen living Social Security check to Social Security check! More

Worst serice ever, long waits The splashguard under my honda came off partially, so I and a friend took the othee corners off so it wouldnt scrape. My dealer back home he could reattach it as a courtesy, butI just moved and asked this local dealer forhelp with it. Theysaid no problem and bookedan appointment. Big mistake. Made me waut 2 hrs, during dinner time no less, and wouldhave made me wait longer had I not bugged them twice. They then tried to charge me $30 to reattach it, as if making me wait until the end of the night would make me willing to pay them money for this. They could have won a new customer but this nonsense cost them my business for life. More

This is the third new vehicle that I have purchased at DCH Paramus Honda since 2010. The week before my purchase, my salesman, Adolfo Marte, took the time (hours) to show me the model configurations and colors in which I was most interested. That was most important to me. It is also why I went back to him when I finally decided to purchase. While car dealing is never considered a pleasure, the pricing that I was given on the new car was more than fair, actually outstanding. I was also given a fair trade-in on my 2013 Honda Coupe. I also service my cars at DCH Paramus Honda and the pricing and value is excellent. The work is always done correctly and any small issues are handled immediately, without complaint. So, in conclusion, I am very satisfied with my purchase, the salesman that sold the car to me and the service that I receive at DCH. I am completely satisfied with both my new Honda and my older 2015 Crosstour, also purchased there. More
