They took my car in trade at the price I asked for while Jan Michael Blakley helped me understand the financing in plain simple English. So a few hours after arriving, I drove away in my dream car. We were promptly greeted by Greg Eckert and he immediately made us feel at ease while he steered us to our final decision on our beautiful new 2014 328i. He made the whole process fun and seamless. Greg explained all the amazing technology; he was very patient with us as we were trying to absorb all the goodies! Everything went smooth and in a matter of a couple of hours we were driving home in our beautiful "ultimate driving machine"! It was truly a pleasure having Greg as our salesperson. Vince, Greg ,Jan and Jim Made a Great Team! Although we purchased our BWM at another BMW dealership, since we moved to Lambertville, we began brining our BMW for service to Flemington. We were so impressed with the service we received from Flemington BMW, that when we decided to trade-in and get a new BWM (2011 328i) it was no contest where we would go. All of the people we met that day were not only consummate professionals, but were friendly, customer service oriented and mirrored our excitement at getting into a newer car. Vince quarterbacked the whole experience determining a fair value for our trade in and quickly identifying a vehicle that surpassed our expectations, low mileage and a great price!. Greg led us through the test drive and initiation of our sales decision. He allowed both my wife and I test drive vehicles to ensure that we were both comfortable with what was going to be our new vehicle. (Did I mention that we have 3 children with us at the time?) For every step of the purchase process, our sales team allowed us to trade off so that we could take turn watching the kids. Jan then took us through the all important paperwork. He was professional, explained the significance of every document fully and had us through the process in record time. Although I have worked in sales positions before, my main experience is in operations. Having a dedicated resource in Jan allowed for the entire process to move smoothly and without pain. It goes without saying that we look forward to our interaction with the service team when our regularly scheduled maintenance is due. That's why I have Jim on speed dial! In short, this was a great sales team that we know is looking for us to have the best driving experience in our BMW! More

I had a quote from CarMax for my trade, he told me to bring it in and they matched it. This made it easy for me since I didn't have to take a separate car. When I submitted my phone number on line I received a call back within 30 Minutes from a lovely receptionist named Noha. She confirmed that the vehicle I was inquiring about was available and proceeded to schedule an appointment. She made the follow up call as I was on my way to the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Noha and paired with a salesman. We were made comfortable and Greg was very helpful, honest, an efficient in helping me find just the right deal I was looking for. When we struck a deal Rebecca was also very kind and efficient with expediting the paperwork to complete my transaction. Greg again demonstrated all the features of my new car and helped set up the necessary accounts for BMW and sattelite radio. The entire time Myself and my daughter were there we were offered refreshments and made to feel at ease and comfortable. The facility is also very warm and comfortable and my overall experience was excellent More
