Pleasant salespeople, Prompt delivery and expedient documentation. They took back our current lease early and made the transition smooth and painless. We were credited for our unused mileage and they took care of our contract with Sirius, who sent us a check for the unused extended contract. Great Price/Great Service/ Great Deal. Sweet Ride too. Internet Sale I recently relocated back to the US from living abroad for 5 years. I decided on the car I wanted and contacted Flemington BMW and in about 3 emails I recently relocated back to the US from living abroad for 5 years. I decided on the car I wanted and contacted Flemington BMW and in about 3 emails I had everything completed. I went to the dealership to pick up the car and it took about 40 minutes for the entire transaction. Everything went smoothly and the service was outstanding. More

From the start Greg was extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting a vehicle when there were some many great options to choose from. Greg was very knowledgeable and friendly (as was all of the other staff at the dealership). The financial end of the deal was also extremely easy. Jan-Michael took great care in explaining all of the important details and was upfront about everything. No hidden fees or costs, no surprises. Overall I was very happy with my experience and when it comes time for my next vehicle I will be back at Flemington BMW once again. More

First time Flemington BMW customer I couldn't have been more impressed with the customer service team of Mike Smeraglia and Greg EcKert from the monument I walked into Flemington BMW to I couldn't have been more impressed with the customer service team of Mike Smeraglia and Greg EcKert from the monument I walked into Flemington BMW to the moment I received my 328i. When we walked in Mike Smeraglia greeted me and immediately sat down to discuss what I was looking for. We talked about the type of car I was interested in and then my price range. In no time I was in my perfect car! I was very impressed at how hard Mike worked to find the perfect car for me while keeping it in my price range. Greg was also very helpful in completing the car leasing process and explaining all the different features of the vehicle. I could not be more happy with my 328i from Flemington BMW. This was my first time leasing from them but it certainly will not be my last! More

When it was time to trade her in I was received promptly and curtiously as Flemington BMW has taken care of my 2002 X5 since 2003 and 238,000 miles. When it was time to trade her in I was received promptly and curtiously as a longtime service customer would have expected. What I did not expect was the great trade-in price and even better customer loyalty discount on my new 328d.
