My Review of Park Ave BMW:
We live in Manhattan and we knew exactly which car we wanted to order. We had the car quoted at a few dealers. Steven was not able to have a similar vehicle available for test drive even though they had one in the warehouse, but he was able to pull a vehicle with the same engine and weight characteristics for us to drive. Steven and Gregg gave us a good price and I would recommend this short trip into New Jersey. We had no trouble with our trade-in and the paper work went smoothly and they were very accommodating. The car arrived sooner than they quoted us which was also very nice.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I have known Gregg Berkowitz for many years through his wife and felt more than comfortable going to him when my husband & I decided to buy a car. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience but not when dealing with Gregg and Tom Twomey. They were amazing to work with before, during, & after the transaction. Roger also was great, taking care of the documents without any problems - thank you. On the car: within hours/days I found the car's fuel tank gauge was not showing a full tank of gas when filling it up and I also felt there was a slight vibration when AC was on while in idle position which bothered me. Gregg & Tom took care of getting me an appointment and a loaner car in less than 24 hrs - can't think of better customer service. Rich Anzalone, a great advisor I dealth with at the South Hackensack NJ service department kept in touch with me along with Gregg & Tom updating me constantly on what they were doing with the car. The fuel tank issue was fixed. The slight vibration issue was another matter altogether as the vibration was very minor, still they did not make me feel like it was in my head instead they put a team together to get to the root of the problem borrowing on everyone's past expriences in such matters - they came up with a solution rather than ignoring my complaint and took care of it! They all exceeded my expectations - great customer service! I should mention that my plates were already on the car when I picked it up so that was a nice surprise. Gregg and Tom also followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks for a great exprience!

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I've been a BMW customer for more than 14 years. I know all the BMW dealers in Bergen County and have made business with all of them. My best experience so far has been with Park Avenue BMW. I had been shopping around for a CPO 3 Series for a few months. The day I dealt with Steven Mercier, I closed a deal within an hour. Steven was extremely helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. He wasn't the typical salesperson trying to push a car out of his lot. His manager Gregg Berkowitz who I've known for many years, since he was at Difeo was also very helpful. Tom Twomey was also very helpful. He walked my wife and I through all the new features on the car.

I was extremely satisfied with the process. My registration/plates were ready within a week (I've dealt with other car dealers that take about a month to get this done). What has made the experience better is the fact that Steven Mercier has gone out of his way to follow up and make sure that I'm completely satisfied with my new car.

I will certainly recommend you to friends and family in the near future.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
This is the 3rd time that I have leased a BMW and 3rd time with Greg Berkowitz. This was the 1st time that I worked with Francine. The entire experience was very easy. They always called me back promptly. When I realized that the cold weather package no longer included heated steering wheel they were able to find 2 choices for me that - even though were slightly higher than I wanted to pay - were exactly what I wanted. In the past I did shop around to see if Greg gave me the best price on the lease he could and ultimately he was the most competitive from the beginning of the process. I had thought about leasing a different car this year - one that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but it was the customer service and the loyalty factor that kept me with Greg Berkowitz. Francine and Greg work incredibly well together. I spent most of my time working with Francine and she did an amazing job. I was really busy at work and it was nice to know that I had someone like her on top of the process the entire way through. I love my new BMW. Thank you Francine and Greg - hope you both have a great holiday and new year - see you in November 2014!

I sent an enquiry for a new BMW X5 thru the internet and within 24 hours I was contacted by Brett Drummer at Park Avenue BMW. I made an appointment to meet with him and found his attitude to be very professional and friendly. There was no push or pressure from him to lease or purchase a vehicle. I enjoyed dealing with him and decided at the very first meeting that I would lease my vehicle through him at Park Avenue BMW. I saw that he is sincere, honest and courteous at the same time. I met with his manager, Greg and also had a good experience dealing with him. I ordered the vehicle with Brett and picked it up a couple days back. The entire experience of the process has been professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend Brett and Park Avenue BMW to friends & family.

I did all of my transactions by phone and/email. In looking for a superb CPO X5 with 3rd row, I contacted large number of BMW dealers from NH to PA. Gregg and Brad made Park Ave dealership stand up head and shoulders above the rest. They immediately understood what I wanted and what my budget was. They skipped the games, showed me cars that fit our requirements and provided me all of the information I needed to make an educated choice of a car.
