Harold Court at Lavery Automotive

I bought a used 2008 Chevy Malibu in June of 2011. It needed routine oil change and tire rotation. This was my first time at dealership for this service. I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Harold was kind and courteous and went the extra mile for me.

When I paid my service bill, Kim, the cashier, was also pleasant and kind as well.
The price of service was about $10.00 less than I had expected.

Thank you Lavery Chevy! I will be returning for future service visits!

HAROLD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. NOT ONLY DID HE TREAT BE VERY PROFESSIONALLY BUT HE KEPT ME POSTED THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED FIXED IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND. My experience with Lavery Cheverolet has been amazing! Never have I worked with a dealership/service department that is so willing to meet my needs than Lavery. The communication is second to none. I will recommend Lavery to each person that is looking for a new vehicle or is in need of any service. Setting up a service appointment is always quick and easy at this dealership. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. As soon as you enter the building you are greeted courteously and cheerfully. I never mind waiting at the lounge for my vehicle to be serviced because I am confident that it will be finished as quickly as possible.

All previous dealings with Lavery Auto have been very pleasant experiences. From the purchase (Mark E.) to regular maintenance (Harold C.). Am been very glad that this is were we bought our Suburban.

I also had some minor body work done a couple of weeks ago. Bill (?) also did an excellent job estimating and setting up our Suburban : )

I came to Alliance becausethe dealership in Louisville closed. Even then, I didnt purchace the car there. They Did excellent warranty work on my car and promised to do the recallwhen parts came in. When I brought my car in, everyone was very friendly and upbeat and the work was finished quickly. Harold went out of his way to make me a 'raving fan'.
He gave me frequent updates, he made sure the car was washed in and out.
He drove the car to the entrance for ease of access.
I would recommend Harold and Lavery for exceptional service for your auto.

All the people I have dealt with since I purchased my new Chevy lumina several years ago, have been Super courteous and professional. From sales Mgr Larry to Scott Robb, all of the Service advisors, and the office staff are truly "The Best" and always remember my name. Plus service advisor "Harold" has a special skill of analizing my service needs and making sure my car is dependably maintained in a timely manner. The staff at Lavery are always looking out for me, and that is why I call them my friends and recommend them highly. Thank You all very much.
