Fabulous from start to finish Appointment - I appreciated the email from Heather the start letting me know of my upcoming service appointment. Scheduling - I appreciated Matthew Appointment - I appreciated the email from Heather the start letting me know of my upcoming service appointment. Scheduling - I appreciated Matthew and his ways to keep me informed upon my class that I had there. Class - Mike did a great job and we learned alot with his knowledge and my crazy questions. Service - I had a radio situation and it ended up that they would need to keep my vehicle which was o.k. They gave me a super nice loaner which I appreciated. Chris escorted me to my car in Service to pick up my needed items to use in the loaner car. The car wasn't ready until Tuesday and my appt. was on a Saturday but that was totally ok with that super nice loaner. They kept me informed every step of the way, it was fabulous and I appreciated the information along the way. My car came back cleaner than I took it in especially the windshield - Thank YOU all very much! More

I am overwelmed with graditude, I am extremely happy. I leased my 2017 Acura RDX after a car accident and most likely going through PSD syndrome. I had specific conversation's and thought I new what I pur I leased my 2017 Acura RDX after a car accident and most likely going through PSD syndrome. I had specific conversation's and thought I new what I purchased. My color was not on the lot so another was not brought in for me. Do to keeping the price and payment in my range I think there was some miscommunication. I only starting to realize things were missing I thought I had on my car as I started asking questions on how to make it work. I was so upset that finding out I did not have the car I purchased. The service manager Larry asked me to make a list of all my concerns when I brought it in to do my oil change. He called me and asked me to have a meeting with them. I met with Heather, the General Manager; The Sales Manager, Brian; Larry the service Manager and Jon in the service department. They really listened to me. I had a better understanding of my car and all the options I have on my car that just needed help with settings and continued classes to help me understand how to change the settings. They took into account my other concerns and we came to an agreement. I am very grateful for the time and attention the staff took to resolve my concerns. I would recommend Acura of Columbus on 161 and 33. Ask for Ben, He helped me find my car and was very patient with me. Thank you, Darlene Stalter More

Acura of Dublin Ohio I can and will recommend to future and current Acura drivers. The preform a multi point inspection, to ensure everything is in working order! I only w I can and will recommend to future and current Acura drivers. The preform a multi point inspection, to ensure everything is in working order! I only went in for a transmission fluid/filter change and when I sat back in my TSX, every single thing was wound tight like a new watch! It would appear they aligned the wheels, topped the fluids off and they even washed the car before returning it to me, no grease and oil everywhere! Thanks guys! More

Excellent service department. I've been taking my Acura MDX to Acura Columbus for routine maintenance since I purchased it new in 2012. They are always courteous and professional. The maintenance costs seems reasonable for the efficient and accurate service provided. More
