NOT recommended! Poor service to military transfer families Visited the dealership with a service issue on a 2015 Honda purchased new at another dealership. Was told they did not sell the car to us, take it to Visited the dealership with a service issue on a 2015 Honda purchased new at another dealership. Was told they did not sell the car to us, take it to the place we purchased if we needed help with it. We live in an Air Force Base town--this is NO way to treat people! Many people are not driving cars purchased locally--instead of winning our business with great service and capturing our next car purchase, they sent us packing forever! And they weren't even polite about it--a "too bad, so sad, we don't care" attitude prevailed! More

Cancelled at Last Minute I made an online service appointment on the Hughes Honda website. I then received two emails confirming my appointment. The day before the appoint I made an online service appointment on the Hughes Honda website. I then received two emails confirming my appointment. The day before the appointment at 4 PM, I received a call from the dealership telling me they were canceling the appointment. They refused to reschedule and were of no help whatsoever with my issue. I have decided to not give any dealership who is that rude anymore of my business. More

Power Steering Leak My car started leaking power steering fluid when my wife was put of town in SC. She took it to this small town garage who basically put a bandaid over My car started leaking power steering fluid when my wife was put of town in SC. She took it to this small town garage who basically put a bandaid over the leak. Thankfully, it was enough for my wife to make the 5 hr drive back to Warner Robins. Then the car began to leak really bad so I took it to the good folks at Hugh's Honda praying that it wasn't $500+ in repairs. They found the problem and immediately fixed it within 2 hrs and the cost was very minimal. I am so satisfied with the service I received and will continue to bring my car back for any maintenance. THANKS HUGH'S HONDA!!! More

Honest, on time, and friendly My service was on two recalls. They ordered the part, called when it arrived, and I drove the 49 miles to the appointment I made with them. They took my Element back on time and finished their work in the hour they told me they would. While I waited the hour I was offered coffee and donuts more than once. Everyone on their staff was genuinely nice and professional. I was impressed and will do business with them in the future due to their strong first impression. More
