Loan agreement was changed after the fact and they will not send me the new paperwork. I've tried to contact them for 3 months and not even a reply. Will never buy from this dealer again. The Steve Rayman Advantage charge of $4,799 is a misleading charge. Call it what it is additional operating profit for the owner. I am an out of state buyer. and should have been given an option as misleading charge. Call it what it is additional operating profit for the owner. I am an out of state buyer. and should have been given an option as to putting nitrogen in the tires and a paint protection on the car. A MSDS sheet should have been provided as to the paint protectant (what is it?). A service agreement for an out of state buyer knowing that they will not use it? DOC Fee calls it what it is Dealer Handling fee profit for the owner. Not that it will matter thanks for letting me vent. More
